  • Relevant education at University (of Applied Sciences) level
  • 12+ years of work experience
  • Analytical, stress resistant, convincing and inspiring
  • Communicative skills in Dutch and English
  • Able to tap into synergies for maximum Program effectiveness

About the position

You are a driven and ambitious Program Manager R&D /Industrialization who is able to get various stakeholders on board with a clear and convincing approach. With a quick mind, an analytical mind and a heart for communication, you are able to combine the forces of activities and projects into one strong overarching program. You feel at home at the boardroom and help our clients take major steps within the domain of R&D to Industrialization for both corporates and scale-up organizations

Coaching

We will guide you during the first six months with coaching by a highly experienced project manager/projectdirector. This manager already has experience with the transaction you encounter in your work and often gives you tools to deal with it based on knowledge and often experience. Business cases can be discussed and the approach can be considered.
